This package allows you to work on other important items to grow your business and makes a great addition to include in your marketing package . It is a one-on-one consultation with your clients . We will make an assessment of their home and current furnishings and prepare a detailed report for your clients on how to prepare their living spaces to attract the right buyer. Up to 2 hrs of personalized attention to your client and their home in San Diego County. Included : Assessment of their home. A customized detailed report that will address the following , decluttering, storing away unnecessary furniture , aesthetic furniture placement and paint color suggestions / light fixture changes if applicable. *Ask about our add on service package for decluttering & organizing services
