Agents, allow me to assist you in prepping your clients home for that photo ready look ! This package allows you to work on other important items to grow your business and makes a great addition to include in your marketing package . It is a one-on-one consultation with us and your clients . We will make an assessment of their home and current furnishings and prepare a detailed report for your clients on how to prepare their living spaces to attract the right buyer. Up to 2 hrs of personalized attention to your client and their home in San Diego County. Included : Assessment of their home. Walkthrough the home with client and provide expert guidance on preparing the home for sale . We share visual marketing plans with the client by discussing ,decluttering, storing away unnecessary furniture , aesthetic furniture placement and paint color suggestions / light fixture changes , curb appeal, photo prep if applicable. *If additional services are added during the visit ( staging service and furniture rental ), we apply the consultation fee to the total amount )
