The challenge was the entry: the front door opens straight into the living room and open kitchen. We couldn't change the layout, so we changed the flow with strategic staging. A chaise sofa, a larger accent chair and swivel barstools showed buyers how easy it would be to entertain in an open-concept space.The dark sectional came out. A cream sofa, a bouclé chair and a walnut console with a framed landscape brought in warmth and light.
Same-day edited listing photos were ready for the agent, so the home launched looking finished.
